This monastery is dedicated to the celebration of excellent beer and delicious food! I had a great time here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with making a selection from their large selection on draft. They also serve cocktails and flights of whiskey, tequila, and beer. The atmosphere is fantastic and comfortable, I really like the beams in the ceiling. I chose to check this place out based almost entirely on the name. I wasn't disappointed at all! The quality of the food they serve is beyond my expectation. It is clear that the people responsible are really passionate and talented. The entire experience was enjoyable. If I lived around here, I would be a regular.

We dropped in on some friends for some impromptu drinks and dinner. I have driven past a million times and had never been in, I am so glad we finally stopped by. Our server was great and funny. The kids enjoyed their grilled cheese. We did what adults do and bought apps and shared them, tapas style. All the food and drinks were tasty. Kids can only be there till a certain time, just fyi. But we had a great time, we will be back.

Went to see a World Cup game, they put the game on their big screen, made sure we could hear the game. The food was great and the beer selection was amazing. The server came by to check on us often but not too often. Just great service all around. We already have plans to go back.

Our server was great! Attentive and polite. The atmosphere was pleasant. I’m a stickler for water, and the water was pretty good! We ordered the egg and jam burgers, it looked great, but the burger meat itself could have used more salt. The bun was yummy though! Honestly, the aoli sauce for the fries tasted more like a funky low quality mayo. The Brussel sprouts were pretty good, but according to my partner it didnt have as much sauce as it usually does and didn’t have much flavor. Everything was good, but was kind of bland. We had to add salt to most items. I get it, it’s probably better to have less salt than too much, but the burger meat matters alot, can’t add salt to the middle of the patty.

First time here and I LOVED the beer on tap! I wished I took a photo but it was like a strawberry cider. It came in a cute flute and tasted amazing! The food is like tapas just FYI. I have to rate the Agua Chile a 3 out of 5. It was not spicy at all and it said it was very spicy. Maybe some of the Serranos were not ripe? We also had the Mac and cheese with lobster and that was so different but amazing different. I would order that again for sure. The staff was nice and attentive. Good vibes indoor and outside. I will.def be back!

September 2025 It has been a while, since covid-19, that I have visited this establishment. There is no reason for my absence. When my group of 4 arrived, we were quickly greeted and allowed to pick our table for seating. Our server, Mercedes, too real good carenofnus during our stay. We were given time to review the beverage menu, and Mercedes answered a handful of questions. We ordered various beers and/or margaritas (raspberry). We also ordered the Swedish meatballs to share amongst our group. We left before it got too late, and will be back. I hope that if you decide to visit this place that your experience is as good as mine or better.

I genuinely thought this was going to be a sports bar vibe, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a Biergarten and almost pub vibe I was meeting a friend for happy hour and some bites, and we landed on the spot. I will say the GPS got a little confused in the route for some reason and I nearly missed an exit and even the entrance (there was some construction going on) There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot was pretty full. You walk up and either walk through the courtyard style Biergarten with tables or you can go inside. It was an unseasonably nice day, so, we opted to sit outside There is a QR code to view the menus. There are entrees and plenty of apps/sharables. There is also a very extensive beer menu. Make no mistake, this is their bread and butter. They boast an imprecise “99 beers on tap.” There’s local brews, light and dark beers, hoppy, Belgium style, German style, wheat, etc etc etc. if that’s not your speed there are cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Our server was fantastic. She was very kind and patient with us. We were constantly checked in on, but not in a hovering way or a pressure to leave. Our food and drinks always came out in a timely manner. She made us feel well taken care of The drinks hit the spot, and the food was tasty. It was definitely a chill vibe/hang. We were there for hours just catching up, and we saw other happy hours, birthday parties, dates, bachelorette parties, etc Some tips: I did order a couple beers that they were temporarily out of, but there are so many beers to pivot to. Also, our server was incredibly helpful in offering other suggestions, similar suggestions, and asking the right questions to help land in the next alternative They are not open Mondays, and they’re only open until 11pm Tuesday-Thursday (and Sunday). Friday and Saturday they’re open til 1am. Also, on Saturdays and Sunday’s they offer brunch from 11am-3pm) The Reuben was surprisingly delicious Cheers!!
